All beautiful stories have a begining. Our started older than a century with Henry Muller.
For several generations, brave men and headstrong women succeded; all linked to the passion of the vigneyard and were particularly committed to their terroir: the Grand Cru of Mailly-Champagne.
This is the way our knowledge is passed.
Aware of our richness, we continue to strive to work our soil and our production with the same courage, the same determination and the same audacity just as our ancestors. Rigour and passion are for us, more than words : they are the DNA of our cuvées, what is make unique and unforgettable moment.
It extends over more than 15 ha, only in Mailly-Champagne Grand Cru, on the north side of the Montagne de Reims. The average of our vines is 26.
On our estate, we grow two different grape-varieties, on 70 plots different :
– Pinot Noir (black grape) at 80%
– Chardonnay (white grape) at 20%
